Meet the Team

---

Lesley took over Linden Leas Pre School in 1998 and has acquired a wealth of experience during this time. Lesley gained a BA Hons (First) in Early Years Childcare

and Education and Early Years Professional Status in 2012. Lesley sits on many local early years committees including Safeguarding; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability and the Early Years Partnership. She also represents Early Years at the Bromley Education Schools Advisory Committee for Safeguarding. 

Lesley is committed to ensuring that Linden Leas offers the highest quality of education and care for the children. 

Lesley is also the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Coordinator and works in close partnership with Bromley Early Years SEND Advisory Team to identify and support children with additional needs and their families. Lesley is a mother of two children.

Lynn joined Linden Leas in 2013 and has 24 years of experience working in Early Years including as a Manager. Lynn is currently completing her Level 5 after achieving a Level 4 Certificate for the Early Years Advanced Practitioner in 2019. 

Lynn also sits on the local Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Lynn is the Makaton lead and is supporting all staff to embed Makaton within their practise.

Lynn is a mother of four children

Paula joined Linden Leas in 2015 and has 34 years of experience working in Early

Years settings. Paula achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Early Years Care and Education in 2018. 

Paula is currently leading the Maths Champion’s Programme. Paula has two

 children who attended Linden Leas prior to her employment with us.

Ganugha joined Linden Leas in 2014 on a work placement from Bromley College

whilst studying for her Level 2. She achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Early Years Care and Education in 2018. Ganugha is fluent in Tamil.

Claire joined Linden Leas in 2020 and has 38 years of experience in Early Years

including time as an Ofsted Inspector and Senior Day Care Manager. Claire achieved a BA Degree Professional Practice in Early Years in 2013. Claire has two children.

Michelle joined Linden Leas in 2021 and has 19 years of experience in Early Years

including time as a Music Teacher (Michelle has a BA Degree in Music). She achieve a Level 3 Certificate as an Early Years Educator in 2022. Michelle has two children who attended Linden Leas.

Dee joined Linden Leas in 2022 and has 23 years of experience of working in Early

Years settings. Dee achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Early Years Care & Education in 2005. Dee has two children.

Danielle joined Linden Leas in 2023 and has 9 years of experience of working in Early Years settings. Danielle achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Nursery Nursing in 1994. Danielle has three children.

Bo joined Linden Leas in January 2024 and has 6 years of experience of working in Early Years settings. Bo achieved a teaching degree in Poland in 2002 and is fluent in Polish. Bo also teaches at a Polish School on Saturdays. Bo has two children.

Nic joined Linden Leas in 2022; she has three children, one of whom attended Linden Leas prior to her employment with us.

Begona joined Linden Leas in 2023; she has two children, one of whom attended

Linden Leas prior to her employment with us. Begona speaks fluent Spanish. She has

a certificate in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
